Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chess Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for providing chess instruction and guidance to students. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to effectively manage participants.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on performance
- Incorporate technology and other resources to enhance instruction
- Provide tutoring and additional support to students as needed

Qualifications:
- Experience working with students of all ages, from children to adults
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent classroom management abilities
- Knowledge of chess
