Professional Automotive Detailer for Goldstein Buick GMC

**We are looking for Experienced Detailers only!**

Responsibilities:

• Perform meticulous interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including vacuuming, shampooing, and conditioning upholstery, as well as washing, waxing, and polishing exteriors to a pristine shine.
• Utilize specialized tools, equipment, and products to ensure a thorough and flawless detailing job.
• Inspect vehicles for imperfections, such as scratches, dents, or stains, and employ appropriate techniques for their removal or improvement.
• Apply paint protection, fabric guard, and other protective coatings as required.
• Clean and sanitize all touchpoints, paying extra attention to high-traffic areas, to ensure vehicles meet our stringent hygiene standards.
• Complete vehicle inspections and report any mechanical or cosmetic issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized detailing area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure detailed vehicles are ready for display and test drives, creating a positive first impression for our customers.
• Adhere to dealership policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an automotive detailer, preferably in a dealership or high-end automotive environment.
• In-depth knowledge of various cleaning products, tools, and techniques specific to automotive detailing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently to deliver outstanding results.
• Strong physical stamina, as detailing vehicles requires bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, sales staff, and customers.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the quality and excellence associated with our dealership.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
