Join Our Team at Goldmillio Cleaning Service!

Position: House Cleaner / Maintenance Personnel
Location: Cape Coral, FL
Start Date: June 1, 2024

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM (Saturday as needed)
• 30 hours per week
• Official employment with additional job opportunities

Compensation:

• $20-$24 USD/hour before taxes (for experienced candidates with 2-3 years of experience)
• Probationary Period: 2-4 weeks (depending on experience) at $20/hour (1099 during probation, transitioning to W-2 post-probation)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Wear a company-provided uniform (branded polo)
• Utilize provided supplies and equipment

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in maintenance tasks (basic knowledge in painting, electricity, plumbing, pressure washing, etc.) is essential.
• Vehicle: Access to a reliable vehicle.
• Physical Capability: This role involves physical tasks and is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with manual labor.
• Punctuality and Responsibility: Must be punctual and demonstrate a high level of responsibility.
