The Talent Insights and Analytics team works closely with Talent Assessment, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Engagement, Org Research and Recruiting functions to provide data intelligence, analytics, process insights, project management and expertise around talent data. The team partners both with internal and external HCM clients to provide data-focused insights that empower HCM to meet its strategic goals and improve HCM delivery to divisions. Services include streamlining processes through re-engineering and automation, data governance, enhancing reporting and analytical capabilities and strengthening stakeholder engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

YOUR IMPACT

We are looking for a strategic leader to serve as a Vice President of Talent Insights, supporting our DEI organization within the Human Capital Management (HCM) division. In this role, you will help run the function of DEI analytics from end to end to ensure optimal performance across all areas, ultimately ensuring the highest level of performance for the function.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL As a member of Talent Insights and Analytics, you will work with a dynamic, fast-paced team to provide analytics, reporting, and project movement on a variety of HCM processes for Talent Assessment, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning, Recruiting, and senior leaders at the firm. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development of DEI initiatives across all HCM Talent processes and other projects through data collection, reporting and analysis
  • Managing the data strategy and reporting for various global DEI processes to measure program effectiveness and progress towards goals
  • Prepare presentations and update for Management Committee, Partnership Committee, and Divisional leaders on talent management initiatives
  • Oversee the automation legacy reporting structures by partnering with our Business Intelligence team to migrate data sources and create Tableau dashboards and standardize reports in Business Objects
  • Organizing, governing and analyzing large datasets, interpreting and presenting results to various audiences
  • Leading impact analyses and measuring the success of various talent programs with a DEI lens
  • Engaging with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership to understand their needs and priorities
  • Participating in quality control, data validations, testing to support internal systems/tools

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or Psychology, Human Resources
  • Experience - 6 years of commercial experience driving operational efficiency and strategy
  • Attention to detail: highly organized with excellent follow-through and end-to-end delivery
  • High level of maturity, demonstrated ability to manage confidential information, and impeccable judgment
  • Ability to work well independently and in a global team environment
  • Excellent analytical skills: analytical bent of mind with an ability to organize and analyze large datasets, detect and correct errors, interpret and report results to various audiences, and take responsibility for data quality assurance
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong familiarity with Excel skills such as vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs and countifs, and multi-variable formulas
  • Data skills: proficient in Business Intelligence and other tools including at least one of Tableau, Alteryx, or Business Objects
  • Project Management: Ability to drive multiple, time sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients
  • Strong client interfacing skills: Demonstrated client service focus and ability to build relationships successfully
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management concepts and data
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis, including descriptive and inferential statistics
  • Experience coding in Excel VBA and/or RStudio and/or Python
  • Comfort in building slides/decks in PowerPoint; experience linking PowerPoint and Excel files preferred
  • Ability to work in a geographically diverse team and build strong relationships across locations and regions
