RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

The Onboarding Engineer is responsible for working closely with the Transition Team in supporting technical tasks and projects. A list of responsibilities includes, but are not limited to: data analysis and migration, learning and working with firm resources in API capabilities to support transition activities, coordinating, facilitating, and/or executing mass updates leveraging firm technology and/or databases in support of a quick and smooth client onboarding experience. Participate and contribute in firm development and project initiatives to support and drive change in the transition and client experience in the areas of technology, firm onboarding, and operational efficiency.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a data science or systems engineering capacity
  • Financial services background preferred
  • Performs complex technical tasks and exhibits strong analytical skills with minimal supervision
  • Collaborates with other engineers to maintain current knowledge on internal system and database requirements
  • Works closely with Transition Team Leadership to understand business objectives and trends
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to identify and remediate challenges quickly to ensure timelines and project commitments are consistently met
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
