HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

• Refine and/or develop anew the roadmap for the FI ETF platform
• Work with portfolio manager, traders, and operations to understand requirements for new ETF products, as well as to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Be a major contributor to the design and implementation of the FI ETF platform, including working hands-on
• Support product launches and ongoing ETF operations
• Manage a team of software engineers, including participating in hiring, setting goals, coaching, providing feedback, and helping team members achieve their full potential

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience managing teams of 3 or more engineers
• Deep knowledge of asset management, particularly Fixed Income
• Knowledge of ETF mechanics and market dynamics is a big plus
• 10 years of experience as a Software Engineer / Software Engineering Manager
• Hands on experience with back-end service development with Java or other major language
• Hands on experience with front-end UI development with JavaScript and a major framework
• Experience successfully collaborating directly with stakeholders to understand the product space, identify solutions, and finally deliver software products
• Demonstrated experience designing the architecture for mission-critical production systems
• Comfort with multi-tasking, a fast-paced environment, and managing multiple stakeholders
• Experience working as part of a global team
• Excellent written and spoken communication

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
