Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships by serving as primary point of contact with clients
Provide a full range of services, including answering client inquiries for fund/portfolio information, and acting as the point person for any client-related issues
Working closely with product teams to provide high quality service to our clients
Ability to analyze and offer solutions to client requests via email, phone, or chat
Analyze and problem solve, both independently and with the team
Participate on projects as necessary to enhance client experience
Abide by applicable regulatory and departmental policies and procedures
Work closely with clients and client managers to ensure a seamless customer experience
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of client service experience
Ability to deliver superior client service to internal and external clients
Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication (written and verbal) skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Keen attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or other related field
Previous experience working with an investment product
