RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

The AM Operational Risk and Resilience team oversees certain control activities for Asset Management. The team partners with COOs and Business Unit Leaders across Asset Management to identify and mitigate key operational, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks. More specifically, the Operational Risk and Resilience team coordinates critical control activities to ensure the overall control environment is designed and operating effectively. This includes key focus areas such as SOX/RCSA, portfolio management/trading supervisory oversight, business resilience, incident management, and coordination of the SOC1 for certain parts of the legacy GSAM business.

Experience:

- Knowledge of Asset Management trade flows and controls

- Prior experience in risk and control assessment, identification, remediation

- Sound technology control understanding

- Good written/verbal communication skills

- Project management capabilities
