Goldman & Associates Law firm is a well-established family law firm known for its commitment to excellence and client advocacy is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Intake Attorney licensed to practice in the State of Michigan to join our legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with family law attorneys and legal teams to develop comprehensive case strategies.
• Conduct interviews with potential clients to gather essential information about their legal issues.
• Analyze the provided information to assess the legal merits of the case which involves identifying relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of initial legal documents and contracts necessary to formally engage the client.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on various legal matters.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice and in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Efficiently handle multiple inquiries and prioritize cases.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
