 The Wynwood Walls Museum seeks a talented, professional Overnight Safety Staff Member to join our team! 

The Overnight Safety Staff Member will be responsible for the safety and security of employees and guests within the Wynwood Walls Museum. Our priority is to provide a great and memorable experience for our guests.

Reports to: Safety Manager

The primary responsibilities of the Overnight Safety Staff Member include always ensuring a safe, hospitable, professional working environment and preventing any injuries and accidents. Also, uphold professional working relationships with other team members and maintain composure under stress.

Compensation: 

$17.00 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Practice safe working techniques. 

• Make rounds of the property regularly. 

• Report all damage/lights out etc. 

• Report any injury or incident. 

• Communicate clearly and promptly. 

• Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees. 

• Promote safety initiatives. 

• Regularly inspect equipment. 

• Review existing policies and procedures. 

• Adhere to all the rules and regulations. 

• Maintain a drug-free working environment. 

Requirements

• Effective communication skills. 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in this position. 

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 

• Team player. 

• Yard shift experience.

• You must understand the importance of excellent customer service skills.
