Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events. This is a dynamic role that requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure successful events.

Duties:
- Plan and execute events from start to finish, including concept development, budgeting, logistics, and on-site coordination
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and develop event proposals that align with their vision
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation
- Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within the allocated budget
- Implement event marketing strategies to promote attendance and achieve event goals
- Upsell additional services or products to clients during the event planning process
- Coordinate fundraising efforts for charitable events, including soliciting sponsorships and managing donations
- Oversee guest services during events to ensure a positive experience for attendees
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and terms
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth execution of events
