Goldfarb Properties is seeking an experienced working resident manager for a luxury residential apartment complex in the Bronx.

A successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in plumbing work, electrical repairs, and general maintenance, and at least 5 years in a supervisory position. You will be responding to residents' maintenance needs, preparing vacant apartments for new tenants, and supervising porters and contractors on the property. Knowledge of plumbing, electric and basic carpentry is important. Experience with snow removal and driving a plow truck is a plus.
