Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsibilities will perform repair requests and respond within prescribed guidelines; coordinate the completion of repairs and close out work orders in accordance with established procedures. Assist with the turnover of apartments, and upkeep of entire complex.

Your days will be full, fast paced, and challenging. You will have the full support of our centralized operations team including Assistant Facility Manager(s), Maintenance Coordinators. Additional support and coordination come from our in-house engineering (Boilers/HVAC), Electronic Security (CCTV/Access Control), and Construction (Capex) teams.
