Duties:

• Provide patients with assistance in daily activities, such as bathing, eating, and moving around
• Document and report patients’ health status and progress
• Monitor and record vital signs, including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure
• Assist with basic nursing procedures under the guidance of registered nurses
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment for patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team
• Adhere to professional standards, medical center policies, and procedures, as well as state and local requirements

Criteria:

• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards all patients
• Have a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
• Must pass a background check and drug testing
• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
• Age 18 years or above
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills
