DUTIES:

• Provide excellent nursing care to our patients based on given care plan: This includes fundamental responsibilities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor patient's health: Document and communicate any vital signs changes to the registered nurse promptly.
• Assist with patient exercises and mobility: Support patients by helping them move around and maintain personal hygiene.
• Administer appropriate medication: Ensure all medications are given accurately and as per the schedule under the supervision of a nurse.
• Provide emotional support: Engage with patients in a friendly and compassionate manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills are a must – both verbal and written.
• Compassionate and patient-focused nature.
• The ability to physically perform the duties of the role, including lifting patients and work long hours on their feet.

• High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
• 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to undergo training as required.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Possession of current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification is highly preferred
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening
