Duties

• Assist residents with all care needs including bathing, dressing, continence care, dining and mobility support
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the residents
• Take vital signs and is able to recognize abnormal values and report to licensed staff in a timely manner
• Assist the RN, LPN/LVN and other members of the clinical team in the care of the residents
• Maintain chart records and other files
• Maintain knowledge and follow company policies and procedures
• Ensure patient confidentiality

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18 years old and above
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• BLS or CPR certification encouraged 
• Ability to make judgements and solve problems with minimal supervision
• Ability to undergo a background check and drug test
• Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds at times
• Willingness to undergo training with us!
