Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Cycle Counter. As a Cycle Counter, you will be responsible for accurately counting and reconciling inventory levels within our manufacturing facility. This is a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of our inventory records and maintaining efficient operations.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Use RF Scanner to pick parts from set locations and deliver them to Quality Inspection/Packaging area using a wheeled-cart
• Ensure proper parts and accurate quantities are picked or located
• Package orders and prepare them for shipping using UPS and DHL shipping systems
• Use hand tools to combine smaller parts into larger assemblies
• Cycle count inventory as needed and report shortages
• Use multi-step platform ladders, Pallet Jacks, Mobile Parts Picker, and other equipment to pick and move product as needed
• Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
• Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
• Work effectively with all Golden departments to exceed internal and external expectations
• Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
• Golden retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Must be a team player, friendly, detail-oriented
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Must have the ability to:

• Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
• Utilize Microsoft Office
• Utilize Golden systems
• Stand/walk entire workday
• Safely use hand tools
• Use multi-step platform ladders to safely pick orders from elevated locations
• Lift/Push/Pull up to 50lbs
