Responsibilities and Duties

· Delight Customers: Be the superhero our customers need by promptly addressing their inquiries via email or phone with a smile in your voice and a can-do attitude.

· Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless operations.

· Processing orders via email or phone, ensuring payments are correct and transactions finish smoothly.

· Fuel Efficiency: Keep our sales engine running smoothly by processing orders accurately, ensuring seamless transactions, and maintaining up-to-date customer records.

· Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our energetic sales team, providing essential administrative support, managing calendars, and scheduling meetings to help keep everyone organized.

· Check Stock availability and pricing.

· Liaise with the shipping department to ensure timely deliveries.

· Contacting Customers to obtain missing information or answer queries.

· Develop monthly sales reports.

· Ensure sales targets are met and identify areas for improvement.

· Prepare and distribute sales materials, presentations, and proposals as needed.

· Coordinate sales-related activities such as meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

● Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
