We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our addiction treatment facility staff. We are hiring PART TIME on weekends. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support, care, and treatment to individuals struggling with addiction.
Residential staff:
1. Supervision and support: Providing appropriate supervision and support to clients in a residential addiction treatment program.
2. Safety and security: Ensuring the safety and security of clients, including monitoring their activities, maintaining a safe environment, and addressing any potential conflicts or issues.
3. Adherence to program guidelines: Ensuring all clients adhere to the facility's rules, policies, and procedures. Enforcing boundaries and restrictions in order to maintain a structured environment.
4. Crisis intervention: Being prepared to handle crisis situations, such as client conflicts, emotional distress, or potential relapses. Implementing de-escalation techniques and following specified protocols for addressing emergencies.
6. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client behavior, progress, and any incidents that occur during the course of their treatment. Completing required paperwork and forms in a timely manner.
7. Team collaboration: Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, including therapists, counselors, and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive and individualized treatment plans for clients.
8. Client engagement: Encouraging client participation in therapeutic activities, group sessions, and recreational programs. Providing emotional support, empathy, and encouragement during the recovery journey.
9. Professional development: Participating in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance knowledge and skills related to addiction treatment and recovery support.
Residential/Graveyard Staff- requires staff remain awake for the entirety of their shift. The awake night staff work as a team to meet the needs of the residents who receive treatment in the residential setting. Awake night staff are part of a multidisciplinary team and are primarily responsible for ensuring the health and safety of residents throughout the night. They also support clients through their morning routine and help support resident's transition. Graveyard shift is able to do homework during shift if responsibilities are completed.
Food Staff- specific duties are preparing food in accordance with recipes from Grove Menus. This can include washing, measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients. They also make sure clients meals are managed and served in a timely manner.
