We are looking for a Full Time Accounts Receivable Analyst.

• This position is located onsite and is not a remote or hybrid position.

Responsibilities/Job Description:

• Open job accounts
• File mechanics liens accordingly
• Process lien releases for customers upon request
• High volume Account collection
• Customer service:
  • Update account info
  • Re-print invoices/statements
  • Help customers with account issues
  • Research and reconciliation of accounts as needed
• Post and apply credit card payments
• Process credit applications for new customers
• Coordinate Web Portal access for new customers
• Prepare monthly A/R Status reports
• Scan credit apps, pre-liens, lien releases, etc. into BisTrack

Experience:

• 5 years of experience – Collections (Required)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Construction industry experience a plus
• BisTrack experience a plus
