Golden State Construction is looking for a motivated and driven individual to help assist our project managers in the Dental Construction field. This is an entry level position for someone who is looking for long-term growth and who has a passion in design and construction.

Job Duties:

• Organize and maintain job folders.
• Download, print, and deliver blueprints to clients, architects, superintendents, and property owners.
• Coordinate with project designers to confirm finishes, finish locations and material ordering status.
• Meet with clients to sign off on finishes and design plans.
• Assist the project manager in reviewing all project documents.
• Help project manager with permitting updates.
• Organize, file, and process job documents for multiple ongoing projects.
• Review, maintain, and distribute project documents. (closeout package)
• Perform any other duties assigned by the project manager.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• 1-2 years of experience in construction or design field. (preferred, but not required)
• Valid drivers license in good standing.
• Basic math ability.
• Drive to succeed and learn.

Pay: $49,680.00 - $53,820.00 per year
