Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives at Golden Rule Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical. Your role will involve promoting and selling our Standard and Smart Gold Club Memberships, along with scheduling homeowners for tune-ups in the Des Moines metro.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver persuasive door-to-door sales pitches to homeowners, effectively showcasing the benefits of our Standard and Smart Gold Club Memberships.
• Emphasize the additional advantages of our Smart Gold Club Membership, such as instant alerts, energy-saving tips, real-time analytics, and customized reports tailored to their HVAC System.
• Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission-based, where your earnings are solely dependent on your sales performance. There’s no limit to what you can earn – it’s all about how hungry you are for success.

Requirements:

• No prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, or trades is required. We will provide all the necessary training for you to succeed!
• Willingness to professionally canvass neighborhoods for new Gold Club Member leads
• Strong communication skills! Must enjoy speaking with new people and have a positive attitude!
• Drive to control your own income
• A strong personal desire to meet and exceed sales targets
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to maximize customer contact
• Ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others
