Are you looking to join a 30 years company in the stable Medical/Pharmaceutical industry? Are you the type of self-starter who thrives on working independently, in the field, and managing your own group of long-term customers?

We are currently hiring for a Route Sales & Service Representative serving accounts in the North-East Denver area. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week for a leading company that offers an extensive line of immediate medical supplies and meets the needs of businesses across multiple industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, construction, food service, and hospitality.

This is the perfect position for someone who is looking for independence, consistency, and a work-life balance. You will be responsible for handling your own schedule and routes, maintaining customer relations and trust, and increasing business with customers while completing your route. You will maintain ownership over your territory, be given a company vehicle and all necessary supplies to complete your rounds.

Job Responsibilities

  • Servicing current customers' equipment
  • Ensuring customers are fully stocked with supplies they need for the month
  • Seeing what gaps customers have in their inventory and up-selling when necessary
  • Storing and maintaining extra inventory along with the company vehicle
  • Gathering potential leads for the sales team
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to create sales through others
  • Maturity and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong work ethic, drive, and competitive attitude
