Position Overview

The Training manager at Golden Limousine International will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs for all staff, including call center operations, dispatch and logistics, fleet maintenance, and chauffeuring. The Training manager will ensure that all employees meet the high standards expected for safety, customer service, and operational efficiency that Golden Limousine International is known for. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Curriculum Development and Training:
  • Develop and update training programs tailored to the specific needs of different company departments, including chauffeurs, dispatch, call center operations, and fleet maintenance. 
  • Implement training standards for CDL motor coach driving and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. 
  1. Training Delivery and Employee Development:
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ongoing training sessions for all employees. 
  • Facilitate and oversee continuing education and professional development programs for staff at all levels. 
  1. Evaluation and Improvement:
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through employee performance and feedback. 
  • Continuously improve training materials and methods based on new technologies, methods, and regulatory changes. 
  1. Trainer Management:
  • Hire, train, and oversee internal and external trainers. 
  • Schedule training sessions and coordinate with department heads to ensure minimal disruption to operations. 
  1. Administrative and Compliance Duties:
  • Maintain detailed records of training and certification for all employees. 
  • Manage the training budget and resources, including materials and training spaces. 
  • Ensure all training activities comply with legal and safety standards. 
  1. Interdepartmental Collaboration:
  • Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop solutions. 
  • Coordinate with HR to align training with overall employee development and company goals. 

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. 

- Proven experience in developing training programs within the transportation, hospitality, or service industry. 

- In-depth knowledge of best practices in training and adult learning principles. 

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. 

- Strong understanding of the chauffeured transportation industry and its regulations. 

Desirable Qualifications: 

- Previous experience in a transportation or chauffeured services environment. 

- Certification in Training and Development, such as ATD or CPTD. 

- Experience with e-learning platforms and multimedia training methods. 

Work Environment: 

- Office setting within the company’s headquarters, with regular on-site visits to training locations. 

- Some travel may be required for external training sessions or to observe field operations.
