We are seeking a Nursing Assistant to join our team and provide long-term care and home health services to our patients. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Observe patient's condition and report any changes to the nurse or physician.
• Document patient's care plans and progress notes.
• Assist in administering medications as directed by the nurse or physician.
• Assist in long-term care and home health settings.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 36 per week
