Job Summary:
The Caregiver provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the clients’ homes.
Responsibilities can include, but not limited to:
  • Housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Transportation
  • Companionship
  • Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
  • Memory Care
  • Communicate professionally with families and your team
Qualifications:
  • Reliable Vehicle, Valid Driver's License, and Auto Insurance along with a clean driving record
  • Prior home care experience is a plus
  • Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care

*$250 “Sign-on” Bonus – For Caregivers who have all their documentation ready: 
  • For new hire employees only
  • Must have PCA training, 2-step TB, CPR, and Medical Clearance within 4 days of hire date.
  • Earn $250 bonus after working 500 hours
  • Must work 500 hours within four (4) months of hire to be eligible 
    • Average at least 31.25 hours per week
  • Must be able to start work within four (4) days of hire
