**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service in a restaurant setting. Our Steakhouse has been in operation since 1969.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner

- Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently

- Answer phone calls with professionalism and assist callers with inquiries

- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area

- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations

**Experience:**

- Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service preferred

- Proficiency in phone etiquette and using POS systems like Aloha POS

- Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest services

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
