Hot Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of hot dishes
• Ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented in an attractive manner
• Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Ensure that all food is stored and handled properly
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hot Cook
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Ability to follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
