Home Care that is client-centered, but caregiver-focused

Home Care no longer means being lonely

Home care is a lonely profession; nothing much is done to address concerns or help the caregivers during their shifts. But at SwiftShift we have changed that. Everyone is part of a Care Team with people living nearby who rely on one another for help.

Teams but Self-Managed Teams

Instead of teams, SwiftShift has Self-Managed Teams. Smaller and collaborative care teams that deliver care to their clients in their local areas, and run independently without any corporate hierarchy and bureaucracy. Care teams have full control and autonomy over their home care efforts.

Home Care but with choice and ownership

In our Self-Managed home care model, there is no one randomly assigning you the shifts that don’t work for you or the clients whom you haven’t met. Instead it’s the culture of choice and ownership. We only assign clients to you after you have met them and seen their homes, and we respect your choices. Like other home care companies, you don’t have to work 1000 hours first to get a PTO or Healthcare Benefits.

Data driven client-centered home care

Everything is presented to you from client cases available in your local area to your care team’s daily dashboards with data on service hours, reliability, client coverage, financials, etc., so as a care team you could deliver the best possible care to your clients. Full transparency without any favoritism irrespective of the shifts you work.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base rate of $28/hour with several performance and milestone based bonuses
  • For every 500 hours you get paid $200 in retention bonus
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurances
  • PTO Sick Time - both available after 30 days of service

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide the best care to your clients in a self-manage team model.
  • Managing one or more clients relationships with additional Client Caregiver Liaison Weekly Payout.
  • Making sure the care team that you are part of thrives with your addition.
  • Helping the care team grow and get growth bonuses allocated by the company.
