As the Clinical Leader of our home care team, you'll have the chance to:

  • Build, lead, inspire, and motivate a top-tier interdisciplinary care team of 20-25 caregivers, dedicated to providing exceptional care.
  • Expand and clinically support a growing census of local home care clients, improving their lives, health, and well-being.
  • Make critical care decisions, crafting the best care plans, and overseeing client management with precision and compassion.
  • Exercise full authority and involvement in hiring and onboarding new members into our dedicated care team.
  • Seize the opportunity to advance to the role of Regional Captain, overseeing up to 15-20 care teams, 300 caregivers, and managing a $15 million annual P&L.

  • Competitive Compensation: Take your salary over $100,000/year within six months. Your compensation start with a base salary of $70,000/year with guaranteed bonuses per client managed. When fully ramped, you can earn an additional $5,000 per month in bonuses.

Qualifications:

If you're an RN with the following skills, this could be your dream opportunity!

  • Substantial clinical management experience in the CMS regulatory environment.
  • Proven track record of growing and leading Home Care teams.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships with local referral sources.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using software and providing feedback on EMR and charting tools.
  • Data-driven thinker, capable of analyzing data, extracting insights, and implementing them into operational plans.
  • Ability to create and execute quarterly plans, including budget management.
  • Skilled in coaching and developing leadership through relationships, training, data analysis, and collaboration.
