Effective Pay Rate:

$28-$36 Per Hour including Base Pay Rate = $28/hour Plus Weekly Team Bonus = $50, Tenure Bonus = $200, Weekly CCL Bonus Per 2 Clients = $118, PTO (Allowed to cashed) = 40 hours.
