Golden Bloom Farms is Hiring a Retail Associate (Budtender) Near Choctaw, OK

We are looking to hire Budtenders for our Choctaw Location. If you are passionate about cannabis and have retail management experience, we'd love to meet you. Customer service charisma, solid organization, and a great work ethic is a must

Responsibilities

  • Must have reliable transportation and must be able to meet schedule requirements
  • Greet and interact with patients to provide a phenomenal cannabis consultation experience
  • Gather patient information such as OMMA license, name, phone number, and email Collaborate with dispensary manager to ensure all sales goals of the dispensary are being met on a regular basis.
  • Partner with Dispensary manager to assess current sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for increasing revenue and achieving sales goals
  • Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions and ensure the highest standards for quality
  • Perform regular audits of inventory and systems to ensure accurate accounting of products and reduce costs wherever possible
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Maintain a positive work environment with a culture of accountability and growth
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to use a computer and iPad
  • Must be able to climb a ladder safely
  • Must be able to stand for minimum 8hrs/day

Experience

  • Preferred minimum of 2 year in a retail role or similar
  • Experience meeting stringent compliance requirements.
  • Excellent people skills, business acumen, and exemplary work ethics.
  • Proven customer service experience in a similar industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
