Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and seniors in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and organizing client's living space
- Provide assistance with catheter care, tube feeding, and other specialized care tasks as required
- Support clients with memory care needs and implement appropriate strategies

Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of various health conditions
- Ability to take accurate vital signs measurements
- Proficient in cooking nutritious meals for clients with dietary restrictions or preferences
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.07 - $18.98 per hour
