Golden Acquisitions is Hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative Near Stockton, CA

(Not a remote position)

We are actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our talented team and provide excellent customer service, In this role, you will be expected to perform a range of tasks in the store that will help achieve our operational goals.

This position involves face to face interaction, offers fully paid training, hourly pay plus weekly bonus and commissions

Qualifications:

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have availability to work (In-Person) Full Time
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Open to Travel
  • Ability to pass a background check is required
  • Have flexible scheduling
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Good attitude, work ethic, personality
  • Must be 18 years or older!

Responsibilities:

  • Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun
  • Answer questions or concerns about services or products
  • Provide information about new promotions/devices/accessories
  • Assist customers with billing, technical support, or account issues.
  • Provide recommendations for problem solution
  • Meeting individual and team sales goals
