We're hiring a Building Maintenance Porter to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facility. This role involves janitorial duties, minor maintenance tasks, and providing excellent customer service to residents and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in common areas, hallways, and designated spaces.
• Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with minor repairs, painting, and basic plumbing or electrical tasks.
• Maintain outdoor areas, including sidewalks and landscaping.
• Interact with residents and guests professionally, addressing maintenance requests promptly.
• Monitor the building for security concerns and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in building maintenance or janitorial services is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills for task tracking.

Working Conditions:
This position involves indoor and outdoor work, and the candidate must be physically capable of performing maintenance and cleaning tasks in varying weather conditions.
