Overview

Goldbelt Operations Support Services, LLC (GbOSS) offers expert construction, renovation, and support services. GbOSS has expertise in construction, renovation, and support services, from design-build to finish work. GbOSS utilizes a skillset as general contractors to assist federal clients and is 8(a) certified.

Summary:

GbOSS is in search of a Project Engineer in the Allison Park, PA area.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

    Responsible for document control, contract management, administrative procurement functions, maintenance/tracking of labor hours, materials, schedules, bid packages, submittals, etc. in spreadsheets or other software as required.

  • Maintain control of all project documentation
  • Create, maintain, and distribute ES&H, Environmental Protection, Quality Control and supplemental safety plans.
  • Create, maintain, update and distribute submittals, RFI's, and change orders including generating logs for tracking
  • Assist the Project Manager/Superintendent in creating and distributing the project schedule
  • Coordinate project change order management and creation
  • Create and distribute document weekly project meeting minutes and agendas
  • Assist in the implementation of the site safety program as required to ensure subcontractor compliance and all applicable safety codes and regulations
  • creating and distributing project closeout material, operations and maintenance manuals, warranty letters, and as-builts to the owner once the project is complete
  • Responsible for understanding project plans and specifications
  • Assist Project Accountant monthly subcontractor pay applications
  • Assist Project Manager with assigned tasks
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong skills in Procore, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum five (5) or more years Construction Management or similar degree is preferred with relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree with formal construction Management / Engineering / Architecture or a related field
  • Or equivalent building construction experience of a minimum of five (5) years

Annual Compensation: $50,000.00-$70,000.00
