Gold Standard Transport is seeking a dedicated NEMT Driver to join our team to provide safe and comfortable transportation for individuals requiring non-emergency medical transportation services. Scheduled shift is Saturday through Wednesday from approximately 10 am to approximately 6 pm.

Responsibilities Include:

• Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
• Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
• Follow established routes and schedules, while also being adaptable to changes and modifications as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues promptly.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service, maintaining a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents that may occur during transportation.
• Comply with all relevant transportation regulations, including traffic laws and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Compassionate and patient attitude, particularly when dealing with individuals with medical needs.
• Ability to follow directions, work independently, and demonstrate reliability.
• Familiarity with local routes and destinations, as well as GPS navigation systems.
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility challenges, as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in non-emergency medical transportation is highly preferred.
• Flexibility with start and finish times.
