Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care, particularly in geriatrics, medical-surgical, PICU, or hospital medicine settings.

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals
- Help with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in caregiving roles
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to work with diverse populations and individuals with special needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
