Gold N Pawn / Ace Pawn in Bloomington is currently looking for a self motivated full time employee for 35-40 hours a week, our store hours are 10-5:30, Monday through Friday. Saturday 10-4. Sundays and Holidays closed.

Weekly bonuses paid in addition to a competitive hourly rate. Top producers can make up to $20/hr.

Employee candidates must have the following skills

- Great customer service
- Basic cash handling knowledge (previous retail or finance experience a plus).
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with others and foster a positive company and brand image
- Willingness to learn about a broad realm of products that our company offers
- Ability to work well with other team members
- Great communication
- Ability to excel in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Punctuality
- Demonstrate team management and leadership ability is a plus
- Ability to stand on feet for majority of the day and lift at least 30 pounds
