Responsibilities: We are looking for responsible, reliable and energetic individuals willing to help change and improve the lives of those we provide services to! As a Direct Support Professional with Gold Medal Home Health you will provide caregiving services that may range from assisting clients with some or all activities of daily living, varying levels of self-care, going out and about in the community to increase and improve socialization skills and increase community inclusion.

Requirements:

• Must be person-centered minded
• Staff must be open minded, attentive, reliable and come with a positive attitude
• High school diploma
• Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle with proof of insurance
• Ability to drive for individual transportation to and from home or on community outings
• At least a year of personal or professional experience in caregiving individuals with developmental disabilities
• Must be able to pass all required background checks
• Must be CPR / AED Adult & First Aid certified or willing to get certified ASAP
