Job SummaryThe Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the Master Production Schedule for all manufacturing and distribution production orders are executed on time from set up to close out. This role tracks and manages all key purchasing and production activities to ensure all finished goods are in distro according to their transfer dates. The Operations Coordinator works hand in hand with all Operations Dept Leaders, and key strategic outsourcing partners, to secure and move materials, WIP and Finished Goods in the right amounts and times throughout the facilities.
Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00/yr
Duties and Responsibilities Manage the set up and close out of all Manufacturing and Distribution production orders
Direct Inventory Techs on pick lists for production
Operate in ERP on material movement from one location to another in the check in and check out process
Track and ensure the timeliness of Inventory Purchasing and Production/Manufacturing to Build Schedules, including outsourcing partners
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of materials sourcing
Facilitate lab testing for flower and finished goods
Manage Finished Goods Label movement
Tracks and reports on all production KPIs
Proactively looks for opportunities to optimize processes or design new processes to help enable the company to meet its efficiency and innovation targets
Operates to all SOPs and best practices within Gold Flora systems
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
5 years of experience in ops project management roles or supply chain management
History of working with Production/Manufacturing Teams and Operating to SOPs
Understanding of inventory movements
Experience in operating within ERP systems
Strong communication and computer skills required
Highly organized and effective
Ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in an organized manner
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, comfortability with various software and databases.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and may work in proximity with customers and staff.
Minimum travel will be required.
Job Requirements
Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities, not hours; must be able to flex to the work as needed based on project goals and timelines.
Must be able to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for a majority of their work schedule.
Ability to use computer for 8 hours or more.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check with the local law enforcement.
