Responsibilities

• Educate and engage with patients regarding treatment plans that have been carefully diagnosed and reviewed by our experienced doctors and clinical staff
• Present treatment plans and provide clear estimates of associated costs in an effective and informative manner
• Verify patients' insurance benefits and provide detailed breakdowns
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all pending treatment plans
• Explain, endorse, and adhere to company payment policies and procedures
• Effectively manage the submission, tracking, and follow-up of prior authorizations
• Secure high treatment plan acceptance by articulating treatment costs, insurance coverage, and financing options
• Actively seek patient referrals post-treatment while simultaneously tracking patient satisfaction levels
• Establish contact with patients a day before and on the day of their appointments, ensuring clarity on fees due and confirming appointments

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of dental experience as a treatment coordinator
