As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Specialty Referral Representative to join our team and help us expand our network of referring dental practices.

Position Overview : As a Dental Specialty Referral Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with dental offices to drive patient referrals to our specialty services.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for referring dentists and their teams, educating them about our specialty services, facilitating the referral process, and ensuring a seamless experience for both the referring office and their patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and nurture relationships with dental offices to generate patient referrals for our specialty services.
• Educate referring dentists and their teams about the benefits and features of our specialty services through presentations, meetings, and communication materials.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure timely and appropriate coordination of patient care.
• Provide exceptional customer service to referring offices, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Track referral activity, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in dental, sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
