Gold Coast Dental is looking for a full-time Billing Insurance Specialist who possess these skill sets.

The ideal candidate will have experience and a thorough knowledge with the following:

• Solid understanding of dental billing and insurance procedures
• Proficient knowledge with HMO and PPO insurances
• Tracking and calling insurance companies for payments on services rendered and eligibility
• Run tracers, and follow up on old claims, and resolve issues that might be holding them up
• Thorough organization with accounts receivables
• Experience posting checks, EFT and ERA payments
• Experience with Open Dental and Dentalxchange is preferred

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of billing insurance experience; Experience in the dental industry a plus!
• Excellent customer service
