Going Places Travel is a growing travel management organization with expanding plans. We have grown to 5 office locations in the past 4 years, and we will continue to expand! Our current 5 locations are Berkeley (headquarter), Danville, CA, La Jolla, CA, Wasilla, AK and our latest addition is our Cupertino CA office.

With our expanded offices, we are looking for an experienced corporate/leisure agent who is fluent in Sabre and is comfortable working in the office as well as virtually with all other team members in other office locations. This position will be based in our lovely Wasilla Office!

As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with their travel planning needs. If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales background, we want to hear from you!

Desired skills include:

• Comfortable working in Sabre Red 360 as a ticketing agent
• Skilled in selling travel services to both corporate and leisure clientele
• Must be well organized, and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and phone skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented for trip research and cost comparisons.
• Knowledge of FIT planning, hotels, cruises, and tours.
• Self-motivated on problem solving and learning new skills.
• Open-minded and a team player.
• Professional demeanor and teamwork attitude

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
