Job Summary:

As a Machine Operator for Materne, North America located in Nampa, ID you will be responsible for the operation of machinery on our high speed production and food processing lines. This position is C Shift (Thursday - Saturday and every other Wednesday) from 7:00am-7:00pm. The starting base rate of pay for this position is $22.12 per hour.

Hiring Bonus Terms:

• Hiring Bonus is for $1,000 dollars
• Employees must be employed at the time of payout
• Hiring bonus is paid out in two separate installments; $500 at 90 days and $500 at 180 days for a total of $1000.00 dollars.

Position Responsibilities:

• Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment through touchscreen/HMI
• Read schematics and diagrams to monitor machine activity (flow, machine status, temperature settings, level indication)
• Inspect product as it moves through manufacturing process for quality
• Conduct sample testing and record data (viscosity, ph, titrations, bricks, etc.)
• Operate industrial carts, power hand carts, and forklifts
• Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance of equipment
• Clean work area and sanitize equipment
• Complete daily paperwork and reports

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for an entire shift (12 hours)
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications:

Education

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Technical / Trade School preferred

Experience

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience working in the food industry is a plus
