GoGo Property Management is Hiring a Leasing Coordinator Near Greenville, SC

Job description

The leasing coordinator is a pivotal role in property management, the position covers property owner engagements, tenant leasing, lease renewals, vendor management and property inspections and management. The role reports directly to the Property Management with daily interaction with the finance and operations support departments.

The position requires an energetic customer focus candidate with a passion for serving, administration and real estate. The role includes but not limited to leasing, renewal of leases, maintenance, vendor management, property administration and property inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent management and communication skills
  • Property physical and mechanical audit experience
  • Strong customer service
  • Exceptional organization and time management
  • Knowledge of on-site maintenance including coordination of vendors and contractors, residential leasing and leasing regulations in South Carolina.

Licenses: A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required.

Availability: Position requires the ability to serve on-call as needed to serve each property.

Responsibilities:

  • First and foremost, put client experience first and respond to clients in a timely manner.
  • Respond daily to new tenant inquiries and arrange property viewings.
  • Update property vacancies on renting platforms.
  • Manage a schedule of daily tasks
  • Complete daily reports with pictures, documents.
  • Report daily to the property manager on KPI’s
  • Manage preventative maintenance audits of current properties.
  • Manage maintenance tickets.
  • Review lease expires 90 days out and negotiate renewals
  • Collection calls on outstanding rentals
  • Court appearance for eviction process.
  • Respond to Owners queries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
