Goetz Insurance Agency, Inc is looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives with outstanding customer service skills for our Agency. We are a small family-owned business that is looking to expand.

Responsibilities
  • Solicit new business and maintain current business levels in order to achieve or exceed sales production goals
  • Deliver customer service in line with the Retail Value Proposition.
  • Provide quotations, pricing, and required information to new prospects and complete the sales process for each customer.
  • Assist individuals, businesses and families select the most appropriate policies.
  • Maintain reports and records of insurance policies.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, pricing, and policy features.
  • Answer the telephone in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience Preferred but not necessary
  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong communications and customer service skills.
