The results of successfully performing this role include installing Plumbing equipment. The work will be planned, organized and quality controlled to the customer’s ultimate satisfaction.
Tactical Work:

• Submit 100% of all related pictures per job to iAuditor
• Ensure the customer’s home is adequately protected with the appropriate covering for all work performed
• Remove and replace all equipment and materials in a safe, clean, organized, and efficient manner
• Complete 100% of all required signatures, related documentation, and collect all outstanding balances from the customer
• Verify customer’s understanding of how the system is to appropriately operate
• Report all appropriate operating metrics of the system following installation

Vital Factors:

• Meet or exceed the following daily budgeted KPIs for your department:
• Maintain callback rate less than 3%
• 100% iAuditor
• 100% invoice signatures
• Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher

Physical Demands:

Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying. Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of residential or commercial plumbing experience
• Texas Plumbing License (Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master)
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening (Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone) and comprehensive background check
• US work authorization
