Description

• Drop cloth the house to protect the home from various contaminants which may arise as a result of the work you perform
• Repair all areas requiring drywall repair resulting from installations of Plumbing and HVAC products
• Paint all surfaces that require painting as a result of work that was completed by installer
• Rebuild attic accesses
• Repair trim-work
• Represent yourself consistent with Goettl standards for punctuality, experience and appearance
• Provide an amazing experience for your customer on every job
• Share best practices with your leadership and peer technicians

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem- solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be over 18
• Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone, Methadone) and comprehensive background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the US. 

Physical Demands:

Drywall Installers can often spend their time bending, crouched, or lean on their knees as they install and work on different types of equipment. Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching. Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds. Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity.
